1,4 We can accommodate standard requests, but if you need something too complicated, we would tell you upfront to pay extra. Think of it as a "maximum credit". For Static backgrounds, it is "$350" and for Animated backgrounds, it is "$400". That does not mean you pay the maximum possible price, we count them at average prices of $200 and $300, respectively.2 You can omit PNG-tuber from the pack, and you will get a discount.3 For Started and Standard, we design panels, integrating a chibi-like (or other simple style of your choice) character into them. For the Max package, we fully paint 5 small artworks.We are currently running a giveaway to collect painted panels in our portfolio.

We can do simple animations, ambient animations.We do not offer complicated frame-by-frame animations at this point, but in any case, it is best to reach out. Depending on the timeframe and budget, we might be able to more full-lenght animations.

We do backgrounds of any complexity, interiors, exteriors, etc.Backgrounds can be animated, refer to animations.The price is decided individually, due to the vast differences in complexity between works. Animations also add to the price.A rough estimate of a VTuber-like animated background is around $250.

Can you contact any of you directly instead of using Wera?Yes, we are not strict about it. Wera is just a joint portfolio. It will be easier for us to manage things coming from one source though, so we would prefer to do everything through Wera.

Ordering process

This does not take into account potential queues. Terms of Service

Every commission has to be prepaid in full. We could only do split payments for large commissions (roughly $800+). In the case of a split payment, the first one should be a prepayment.Every commission is cleared for digital commercial usage. You CAN use it on YouTube, Twitch streams, for video games, and anything else.You can NOT use our works in physical commercial usage (e.g., T-shirt prints, merch, etc.) without discussing it with us first.You can NOT use our work for anything related to or associated with cryptocurrencies, NFT, or AI (including but not limited to AI training). We ourselves do not endorse AI, and it is never used by any of us at any step of the work.We CAN use the works (excluding those affected by the NDAs) in our portfolio, as an artist/studio promotion, in a non-commercial manner.You can NOT re-sell, or re-license our works. We will never do that too to an existing commission, even including minor assets.If possible, credit us when posting our work, where applicable, please.

Both of us are located in Russia, thus, our payment options are unfortunately heavily restricted.

NDA FEES

We can refrain from showing us working on your order, and we will hold off publishing the final work until you show it yourself (e.g., debut). A limit of 2 weeks after completion.

Generally, revisions are okay, but it heavily depends on when they are asked, what you order, etc. We will, of course, try our best to accommodate your request without additional payment, but if the revision is too big, contradicts the original request, or if a lot of the work has to be re-done, we might ask for a fee.

RUSH FEES

We try not to invoke rush fees without a need. If you have a deadline that is shorter than ours, we can try to negotiate without additional fees. It depends on our workload and availability at the time.
